Errors while SRM pairing

Hello,

I have installed SRM 5.1.2 on standalone servers(W2K8 R2), for both protected and recovery sites. The problem is when I try to pair from the protected site it throws up error message like the one below.

When I try to pair from the recovery site there is a different error, like the one below.

Has anyone come across this problem, of so please let me know the solution for this.
